Aureonrise Pty Ltd ("Aureonrise", "we") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

We collect personal information needed to deliver safe, high-quality supports: contact details, NDIS plan information, health information relevant to your care, and records of services provided. Health information is sensitive information and is handled with additional safeguards.

How we use it

Your information is used to plan and deliver your supports, meet our obligations to the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, process claims, and improve our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Storage and security

Records are stored securely with access limited to staff involved in your care. We retain records as required by law and destroy them securely when no longer needed.

You may request access to or correction of your information at any time by contacting us at hello@aureonrise.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
