How AureonRise Care Delivers It
We plan activities with you rather than selecting activities for you. The agreed support considers accessibility, transport, communication, sensory preferences, safety, cultural needs and the level of assistance you want from your worker.
Community Participation Questions
Do I get to choose the activities?
Yes. Activities should reflect your interests and goals. We can help you explore options, but you decide what you would like to pursue and can change your mind.
Can support be one-to-one?
One-to-one support may be arranged when it suits your assessed needs, goals, funding and the service agreement. Suitable group options may also be discussed when available.
Is transport automatically included?
Transport arrangements depend on the activity, your plan, the support item being used and the service agreement. We explain any transport charges or participant expenses before the activity is booked.
