How AureonRise Care Delivers It

We begin by understanding how you prefer support to be delivered, including your routine, communication style, cultural preferences, privacy expectations and goals. We then document the agreed approach, match suitable workers and review the support when your circumstances or priorities change.

Daily Living Support Questions

Can I choose the days, times and support workers?

We discuss your preferred schedule and the type of worker you feel comfortable with. We aim for consistency and compatibility, subject to worker availability, required skills and the agreed service arrangement.

Can my daily support change as my needs change?

Yes. You can ask for a review when your routine, goals, health needs or circumstances change. We will discuss what can be adjusted within the service agreement, available funding and the scope of the service.

Can a support worker complete nursing or medical tasks?

Only workers who are appropriately qualified, trained and authorised may complete clinical tasks. Nursing or health-related support is assessed separately and must be delivered within professional scope, clinical instructions and the agreed service plan.
