Your questions, answered

Everything families and support coordinators ask us most — about services, funding and getting started. Can't find your answer? Call us and a human will pick up.

General questions

What services does Aureonrise provide?

We provide daily living and personal care, community participation, supported independent living (SIL) and respite, and community nursing across Adelaide and South Australia — for NDIS participants and older people receiving aged or private care.

How quickly can supports start?

For most in-home and community supports, we can complete intake and start within one to two weeks — often faster for urgent situations. Private (non-NDIS) care can usually begin within days.

What does it cost?

NDIS supports are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, billed against your plan. Private care is quoted upfront with no lock-in contracts. You'll always see pricing in writing before services start.

Do you provide supports on weekends and overnight?

Yes — supports are available 24/7, including weekends, public holidays, evenings and overnight (active or sleepover), where your plan funds them.

Which suburbs do you cover?

All of metropolitan Adelaide — north, south, east and west — plus surrounding regions of South Australia by arrangement.

How do I make a complaint?

Tell us first so we can fix it fast — call or email any time. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544. Making a complaint will never affect your supports.

Daily Living & Personal Care

Is personal care covered by my NDIS plan?

Yes — personal care falls under Assistance with Daily Life in your Core Supports budget. We can help you understand what your plan covers in a free consultation.

Can I choose my support worker?

Absolutely. We match you with workers who fit your needs, personality and culture, and you can request a change at any time.

Community Participation

Does the NDIS fund transport to activities?

Many plans include transport funding or allow provider travel as part of community access supports. We'll review your plan and explain your options clearly.

Can support be one-on-one?

Yes. We offer both individual support and small group programs, depending on what you prefer and what your plan funds.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Respite

What's the difference between SIL and SDA?

SIL funds the support staff who help you in your home; SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) funds the specialised physical dwelling itself. We can support you in understanding both.

Do you offer emergency respite?

We do our best to accommodate short-notice respite requests, subject to availability. Contact us and we'll respond quickly.

Community Nursing & Allied Health

Are your nurses registered?

Yes — all clinical care is delivered by AHPRA-registered nurses with current screening checks.

Can you work with my existing doctors?

Always. We coordinate with your GP, specialists and hospital teams so your care is consistent and well-documented.
